Empowering women to participate entirely in economic life across all segments is crucial to shape and develop strong economies, accomplish global development goals for sustainability, and improve the quality of life for women.
At MMC, we are redefining the standards for women by raising the bar. Our objective is to develop Women professional’s (WP), Women in leadership (WL) and Women in Business (WB) at all levels. We believe that this will be a key success factor in transforming companies, cultures, countries, communities, and the global economy. ‘Equality at the workplace equals Empowerment’.
We design interventions to enable women to develop greater influence and impact by revealing their authentic, most effective leadership style. We desire to take them on a highly empirical and experiential leadership journey shared with other women executives to explore their leadership context and how best to navigate it.
The thought-provoking sessions encourage women leaders to be self-aware, reflect on their leadership challenges, build confidence, circumnavigate the many complexities, biases and invisible barriers holding them back and grow their skills. Through practical tools and strategies as well as peer to peer coaching, the women are further supported to move both upwards and onwards in their career.
